Warren Singleton, Mini Colne Sales was the sole reason we decided to purchase the car in Colne rather than London where we live. He is a superb sales person and a mini enthusiast making him a pleasure to deal with. His support team are excellent too

I had to call to see if my car was ready and was promised a call back, when nobody rang I called again, and lost signal so ended up going straight to the garage. My car wasnt ready and had to be cleaned by the service guy, which kept me waiting for

Salesman was initially quite helpful when securing the deal. On subsequent visits to pay and sign up he was clearly very tired and stressed at that very busy time of year.

Whilst the car was booked in for the end of warranty check and MOT, I rang a few days earlier to see if it could be serviced, too, as this would save me the trouble of 2 trips. This didn't happen.

Excellent service. Only minor issue is when booking time slot for service (8.30-8.45), I had to wait until 9am before someone was available to book my car in and take the keys (only a minor issue).
I have every confidence in the team at Lloyd Colne, there was an upgrade for the ABS software which was fully explained to me and when I got my car back it had been valleted to an as delivered standard.

I got a free for all check and MOT completely for free, even with my oil topped up.I left my car in the morning and collected it later fully checked and sparkling inside and out.
The only reason why it isn't excellent is that it took longer than I was told it would
Apart from the fact that I have travel a bit further to my local Mini Dealer (hence not a 10) every other part of my experience with having the car serviced etc. is spot on. The video is very informative.
