Would have been 5 if the car had been ready. Having to wait 20 minutes for the paperwork to be brought back to the sales office before being able to take the car home was annoying.

I have only had my mini clubman for 8 months and it has already had several major things wrong with it. I have had to pay for nearly all of these, totalling about £2500, as apparently they were not covered under the warranty.
