I told Billy i wasnt speaking to anyone and that i would call mini myself. I rang them and raised my concerns. I want to know why on earth is a driver given this tool to check tyres and then tell the customer itll fail? It didnt fail on front tyres

Only one fault dealt with - the rest not sorted. The fault reporting system is faulty - therefore no faults can be addressed . The barriers put up by Mini Uk are stopping a satisfactory resolution
