Joe Massey is a great chap - and even post purchase he is willing to try to help with the car because its a new model and the branch hasn't had all the training yet - so he is keen to help me work things out.

Only charged for MOT. Valet and safety check were complementary.

They only hoovered the front of my car and left back seats and footwells in the back unfinished. When paying this amount for a service at mini I expect 100% finished job. Or don't offer the cleaning when having your car in for a mini service.
