The staff are so polite and extremely helpful. Richard always kept us up to date on our new car order and when we picked it up he was extremely helpful in explaining all the cars gadgets and buttons.

The mini centre at Colne were very helpful and informative. I had to wait 4 months for the car which was frustrating but the salesman Richard kept me informed and updated me regularly on the progress on the vehicle build.

One request was looked at but not resolved satisfactorily. It involved one tyre repeatedly losing pressure but I was advised that they had checked tyre and could not find any fault.

I have only had my mini clubman for 8 months and it has already had several major things wrong with it. I have had to pay for nearly all of these, totalling about £2500, as apparently they were not covered under the warranty.
