They did a very good job.
Didn't get a notification that my order had arrived and was ready to be collected,very disappointing.
Don't normally complain but felt it was time to after having spent so much money with Mini overall and not had the aftercare you'd expect.
Video provided by the garage was pointless. Car collection and return good.

It was only end of warranty check, so I didn't have the full normal service so I can't fully reply to this.
Excellent standard of work. Nothing is too much trouble. The car is always handed back fully valeted and all the work carried out explained fully.

John, the service really helped me out by getting car picked up from home address. I am working away. Still too expensive for what was done though
The staff are generally very friendly and helpful, however the price for one set of new brake discs and pads is extortionately high. The only reason for going to this MINI Service centre is because it is the closest that can update the service record

I found the staff to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My previous experience of buying a new car has not always been a pleasant one. As a woman, I was sometimes patronised and pressurised. At this garage the opposite was the case.

Did a quite outside valet but still had finger marks on the book and don't clean inside at all and took around three hours to do mot and change a tyre
Great no nonsense , straightforward approach. Collected and returned my car. Sorry can't remember name of the Service Advisor but he was very helpful and friendly. Driver who collected car was also very friendly. Everything was brilliant .
